An app for your business
that just works.
League nights, menus and specials, bookings, member portals, ordering. We sit down with you, build the app around how your business actually runs, and stay close by when something needs to change. Flat quote, fixed launch date, a local number that answers.
Flat quote after one short conversation. No hourly billing.

Tried to build it yourself? Most owners have.
A spreadsheet, a group text, a do-it-yourself app builder. They get you most of the way, then fall apart on the busiest night of the week, when twenty people need the same answer at once. That is usually the moment an owner decides they need a real app. We take what you already have, including the spreadsheet, and turn it into one that holds up.
When the last developer stopped answering
The common story: a freelancer builds something, gets hard to reach, and every change after that breaks something else. We start by reading what exists and telling you plainly what is worth keeping. Every change is tested before it goes live, error tracking watches the app around the clock, and on a Care Plan your client portal keeps a timeline of every change made. Fixing one thing should never break another.
We sit down first, then build
Before any code, we talk through what you actually need: who uses the app, on what night, and what they need to see in five seconds or less. Then you get one flat quote with a fixed launch date. Our average build is two to four weeks, and you see working screens along the way, not a surprise at the end.
Someone close by when it needs to change
Apps are never finished. A new league starts, the menu changes, a rule gets added. On a Care Plan you have a help desk where every request becomes a numbered ticket, monitoring that catches errors before your customers do, and a client portal that shows every action taken. And you have a local number, (815) 885-5509, with a person behind it who knows your app.
What you get
What this looks like in practice
Leagues and tournaments
Schedules, live scores, standings, handicaps and side games, updated from a phone at the table and visible to every player the moment they change.
Menus, events and specials
Post trivia night or the drink of the day once and it shows everywhere. We built and run Last Call for exactly this.
Dealership and shop operations
Work that moves through stages, such as a used car going from trade-in to the front line. We built Auto Recon Manager for Princeton Chevrolet GMC to show every car, every stage and every hold-up on one board. Shift checklists and closing reports work the same way.
Booking and reservations
Tee times, appointments, tables and rentals, with deposits and reminders, shaped around how your counter really runs.
Members and loyalty
Member portals, punch cards, sign-ups and renewals, with the member list in your hands instead of a vendor's.
Ordering and quotes
Online orders, catering requests and quote forms that land with the details already sorted.
Apps we built and run
Apps local businesses use every day
Auto Recon Manager tracks used-car reconditioning at Princeton Chevrolet GMC in Princeton, Illinois. The rest are our own products, live with real customers and maintained by the same team that would build yours.

Auto Recon Manager
Built for Princeton Chevrolet GMC: every used car tracked from trade-in to front line.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an App Store app, or will a web app do?
For most local businesses, a web app is the better first step. It opens on any phone from a link or a QR code on the table, nobody has to download anything, and changes are live the moment we make them, with no store review in the way. When you need push notifications, offline use or a listing in the App Store and Google Play, we build native iOS and Android apps too, and the web app becomes the backend they share. Our own journaling app, The Mirror, is live on the App Store, and more of our apps are in App Store review now.
What does an app like this cost?
Every project is flat-quoted after a short conversation: a fixed price and a fixed launch date, no hourly billing and no surprise add-ons. Changes in scope are agreed in writing before any extra work starts. Hosting plus a Care Plan, which covers monitoring, fixes and a help desk, is $79 a month all-in, month-to-month.
How long does it take?
Our average build is two to four weeks from the first conversation to a live app. A focused app with one clear job, such as scores and standings or a weekly specials board, sits at the short end. You see working screens early and often, not a big reveal at the end.
Our last developer stopped answering and the app is half-finished. Can you take it over?
Yes. We read the existing code first and tell you plainly what is worth keeping, then give you a flat quote to finish it or to rebuild the parts that keep breaking. Every change is tested before it goes live, so fixing one thing does not quietly break another. Your accounts, your domain and your data stay yours.
Who do I call when something needs to change on a busy night?
You call (815) 885-5509, or open a ticket from the help desk on your Care Plan and it gets a number and a paper trail. Behind that, monitoring and error tracking run around the clock, so most problems are caught before a customer ever sees them.
Who actually builds it?
The engineers on your project are AI agents running on Anthropic's Claude. They read the code, write the change and write the tests for it. Kevin Champlin, our Founder & Principal Engineer, sits down with you, directs the work and approves the plan before anything starts. That is how a local business gets principal-level engineering without paying for a room full of people.

Kevin Champlin
Founder & Principal Engineer
28 years in production software, from enterprise systems to the SaaS products above. Kevin leads every engagement with our AI engineering team, and the people who scope your project are the ones who build it and pick up the phone after launch. No offshore handoffs. No bait-and-switch.
What clients say
“They are easy to work with and continue to deliver a quality product within our timeline and also within our budget.”
“The team here took exceptional steps to repair a web page that was broken. Kevin was willing to go above and beyond in seeking a solution when the page had been mismanaged.”
A softer step
Not sure if you even need this kind of work?
Most businesses don't need a custom build. They need a clear look at where AI would actually pay off first. That's what the Free AI Opportunity Audit is: tell us about your operation and an AI agent we engineered reads your website and emails you, in about two minutes, three concrete places AI quietly pays for itself, a 90-day plan for the first one, and a website health grade. No call needed and no follow-up sales sequence. The audit is yours whether or not we ever work together.

Run a bar, a league, a shop or a practice in the Illinois Valley? Call or start a project, and we will talk through what the app needs to do. You get a flat quote and a launch date, not a sales pitch.
