What clients usually ask first.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. All care plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month — not by trapping you in a 12-month agreement.

What is the Client Portal?

The Client Portal is a live dashboard at portal.champlinenterprises.com, available to every care plan client. It shows your site-health score, a care-log timeline of every backup, security scan, update, and maintenance action, open ticket status from CE Support, SEO visibility data from Pulse, and email deliverability stats — all in one place, updated continuously.

Do care plans include content updates or design edits?

Essentials and Growth plans cover maintenance, monitoring, security, and support — not billable engineering work. The Platform plan includes one engineering hour per month for small updates (copy changes, image swaps, minor layout tweaks) that don't require a separate SOW. Larger changes are scoped and quoted separately.

What happens when something breaks?

BugHive catches errors in real time — frontend and backend — and alerts us before most clients notice. For Growth and Platform clients, CE Support SLA targets a response within one business day. All issues are ticketed so you have a full paper trail, not a lost email thread.

Can I start a care plan on a site Champlin Enterprises didn't build?

Yes. We offer care plans for sites we didn't engineer, though onboarding takes an extra discovery session to instrument BugHive, connect Pulse, and audit the existing codebase. Reach out and we'll scope it honestly.

What is Pulse, exactly?

Pulse is our in-house monitoring platform. It watches your site's local-SEO visibility (keyword rankings, Google Business Profile signals, Search Console data), analytics, and Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance scores. Essentials clients get a monthly snapshot report; Growth and Platform clients get continuous monitoring and ranking-movement alerts.
