LinkWeaver is an open-source WordPress plugin that builds internal links the way an editor would — semantically, not by keyword matching. It turns every published post into a 1,536-dimension embedding and suggests the exact anchor phrase to link as you write, wrapping the matched text in place instead of bolting on a Related-posts block.
