Every visitor gets geolocated on arrival — city, region, ISP, timezone, device, browser. We see the page they're on, the pages they came from, and how long they've been reading. The same data that takes enterprise teams months to wire up is live here in milliseconds.
Beacon runs a self-hosted WebSocket server via Laravel Reverb. When you type, we see it. When we reply, it's instant. No third-party relay. No SaaS middleman taking a cut. The connection is direct, the data stays ours, and the latency is sub-100ms.
Live visitor roster with page flow, country flags, device info, and chat history. Typing indicators both ways. Availability scheduling by day and hour. macOS push notifications. Analytics with daily charts, top pages, and response time tracking. All of it custom — because nothing off the shelf fit the way we work.
